Projects must be submitted by firms or individuals currently based in Toronto. All firms or individuals contributing to the exhibition will have contributed to at least one completed built project or a project currently under construction. Up to twenty firms will be selected. 

panels - to be submitted as digital files only - Potential contributors may submit a maximum of two panels - both may be devoted to a single project or each could display a single separate project. Panels will be 30” x 30“. Panels should include graphic information only (photography, renderings, drawings, sketches, or diagrams). Contributors are encouraged to submit panels showing single, large-format, photographic images or drawings of projects. Practices may also submit 30”x30“ physical models or material samples that are not deeper than 6” and are capable of being hung vertically. Medium resolution (150dpi) jpeg images of three-dimensional panels or material samples may be submitted for the selection process. Two-dimensional 30”x30” panels should be submitted as either a 200dpi TIFF or Adobe PDF. 

supplementary information - Potential contributors must include a one or two paragraph description of each submitted project that should include project credits, location, date, and budget information. Contributors must also submit a single page with pertinent practice information including firm name, partners and participating staff members, firm mandate or profile, web address, and all contact information. All text information should be submitted in rich-text format (rtf).

selection - Exhibited projects will be selected by a curatorial committee of practicing professionals and educators from the architecture, landscape, and urban design disciplines. Criteria for selection include a project’s level of design innovation and invention in such areas as sustainability, strategic intervention on existing city fabric, or material development and fabrication. Practices selected to exhibit will be notified in late May.

deadline - All submissions must be received by 5pm, Monday, April 30, 2007. There is no fee to participate. Any exhibited material sample or model will be available for pick-up following the conclusion of the exhibition.  Projects should be submitted on a CD to:
